THE BY-LAWS
OF
THE ARCHDIOCESE OF CANADA
THE ORTHODOX CHURCH IN AMERICA
Adopted 29 June, 1990
THE CORPORATION SHALL EXERCISE ITS POWERS BY AND THROUGH
THE BOARDS AND COMMITTEES AND SHALL OPERATE ACCORDING
TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES SET OUT
IN THE ATTACHED BY-LAWS
DATED AT THE CITY OF OYSTER BAY COVE, N.Y.,
THIS 28TH DAY OF AUGUST, AD 1990
